I endeavor to produce works that capture the extraordinary contained within the ordinary, with the express intent of questioning our capacity to recognise it.
I seek to articulate and employ the seemingly insignificant elements that exist within and between familiar places, objects and actions and in particular, to examine how evidence of place and time can manifest itself in unexpected ways.
Whether presenting a singular experience of a moment though video, light and sound or highlighting the materialisation of small actions on ordinary objects, I try to expose phenomena created by small things or overlooked events and to set a new context through which one may re-encounter and recognise their accumulation
