Lin’s works mediate the body, space, human condition, and our society. She explores human experiences and how they inhabit our bodies despite different space and time. Her installations often span several media, including sculpture, photography, video, sound, text, and performance. With an interdisciplinary approach, Lin creates visual presentations to investigate the human body and its surroundings as a reflection of our psyche. She investigates the subjects of cultural identities, correlated relationships between our physicality and psychology, and the resemblance between artmaking and manufacturing in social content.

Lin’s works have been shown in the Queens Museum, Franconia Sculpture Park, Locust Projects, the Watermill Center, gr_und, Brooklyn Army Terminal, and Rubber Factory, among other places.
