His artistic practice applies the relations between art, science and technology to space and to systems of perception. It is based on the premise that we cannot observe reality without altering it, which entails that what we perceive is not our actual environment but rather our interaction with it. Palacios&#8217;s works have been shown in numerous international exhibitions, among which <em>Synthetic Times<\/em> at the National Art Museum of China (NAMOC) and <em>The Discreet Charm of Technology<\/em> at the Museo Extreme\u00f1o e Iberoamericano de Arte Contempor\u00e1neo (MEIAC) in Badajoz, the Neue Galerie Graz, and the Zentrum f\u00fcr Kunst und Medientechnologie (ZKM) in Karlsruhe, and were included in festivals such as ARS Electronica in Linz.
