Over the course of a year, we will explore in five chapters\u2014together with artists, cultural practitioners, and the Berlin public\u2014how the name and identity of the institution might evolve. <\/p><p>With its 50th anniversary recently celebrated, K\u00fcnstlerhaus Bethanien has long been a vital space for art and cultural exchange. But as the world changes, so do the expectations of a residency as a temporary home and workspace. At the heart of this reflection are openness, diversity, and transformation.
